Ham's F12 Medium, with phenol red, without HEPES，318-010

Ham's F-12 Nutrient Mixture was developed by Ham in 1969 based on Ham’s F-10 Nutrient Mixture. It is widely used as a basal medium for serum-free culture and is particularly suitable for single-cell culture and clonal culture under low-serum conditions.

This medium contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other components required for cell culture. It contains no proteins, lipids or growth factors; therefore, it must be supplemented with serum or serum-free supplements.
