Product Description:
TBS (Tris Buffered Saline), is a widely used buffer in biological experiments, commonly applied to prepare washing buffers or blocking solutions for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, ELISA and other assays.
TBS adopts Tris-HCl to form a stable pH buffering system, while NaCl provides isotonic conditions.
Preparation Instructions:
This Product TBS (10×) is a 10-fold concentrated stock solution. It must be diluted with distilled or deionized water to prepare 1× working solution before use. For example, to prepare 1 L of 1× TBS, add 100 mL of 10× TBS into 900 mL deionized water and mix thoroughly.
Storage conditions:
This product is stable for 3 years when stored at room temperature.
