IMMUMAX is a cell culture medium that supports the growth and expansion of human lymphoid cells in a serum-free environment. WISENT IMMUMAX is designed to support the growth of monocytes, macrophages, and a wide range of lymphoid cell lines.

Adaptation Of Cells To IMMUMAX Serum-free Media:

The IMMUMAX Cell culture Medium is ready-to-use, however for serum-free growth we recommend adaptation in a series of steps for cell lines where serum-containing media has already been used.

1. First passage using 75% of the serum-supplemented medium and 25% of IMMUMAX.

2. Second passage using 50% of both media.

3. Third passage using 25% of the serum-supplemented medium and 75% of IMMUMAX.

4. Fourth passage using 10% of the serum-supplemented medium and 90% of IMMUMAX.

5. Cells should now be able to grow in only IMMUMAX.

Stability and Storage：

The IMMUMAX Cell culture Medium should be stored in the dark at 2 to 8℃ for up to 18 months. DO NOT freeze the medium as it could cause irreversible damage to the medium.
