Iscove's/Ham's F-12 Medium is a binary nutrient medium prepared by mixing equal volumes of IMDM (Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium) and Ham's F-12 (Ham's F-12 Nutrient Mixture). This blended medium offers richer nutrition and broader application scope.
WISENT medium contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other essential components required for cell culture. It contains no proteins, lipids or growth factors; therefore, it must be supplemented with serum or serum-free additives.
FORM: Liquid, Sterile, Ready to use.
SHEIF LIFE: Maximum 18 months.
