We verify the quality of our Classic Powdered Basal Media by testing samples from each batch as required by specifications. Samples are reconstituted to 1× working concentration; membrane filtration is performed for sterilization, and testing may include endotoxin level, solubility, osmolality, and pH (no capitalization, no redundant articles). The values of these parameters are determined using the test conditions described for Classic Powdered Basal Media, and the medium is formulated without sodium bicarbonate to enhance stability (corrected logical subject).
