WISENT Trypsin is derived from porcine pancreases and has undergone gamma irradiation to eliminate porcine pathogens. This product is sterilized via filtration and can be directly used to dissociate cultured cells and certain tissues. Typically, most adherent cells can be detached after approximately one minute of digestion at room temperature.
